LandTek Services Company, LLC is a locally owned and operated by Jimmy Watters a trusted and highly experienced landscaper, designer, and installer since 2008, with a passion for building beautiful landscapes. Overtime, he has honed his skills in all aspects of landscaping including hardscaping and horticulture. We provide professional landscape maintenance and construction services for residential and commercial properties throughout Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, Mauldin, Piedmont, and Greater Greenville area.

Who I Am & What I Do
My name is Jim Watters, though many people know me as Jimmy.
I began my landscaping career in 2008 with a simple goal—to enjoy my work. Years later, that passion is still what drives me. I’ve always loved nature and the outdoors, and I truly appreciate the beauty that well‑designed and well‑maintained landscapes can bring to a space.
At LandTek, I don’t just manage projects—I’m personally involved. I put my heart and hands into every job, ensuring the work is done right and the final result reflects the vision we discussed. From basic weekly mowing to larger landscape and hardscape construction projects, I work closely with each client to deliver results they can be proud of.
